I'm married to the most amazing, sweet, handy, fun, smart, hard-working, all-round-good-guy, sport-enthusiast husband who has sweet dance moves and isn't afraid to show them off at family talent shows! It is my intention this week to share some of the things that make him so wonderful!
Infertility and adoption are pretty difficult paths and the last seven years have been full of more pain and heart ache than I care to admit. Needless to say, baby showers are often a painful reminder of what we don't have and usually end with me driving home dissolved in tears. After one such shower, I came home to find that my sweet husband had placed dozens of pink post-it notes around the kitchen filled with words of love. He knew it would be a difficult day for me and wanted to make sure that I knew he was thinking of me.
I'm so blessed to be married to such a thoughtful man who always puts me first and turns my tears to smiles. I love you Shane!
Saturday March 27, 2010 our sweet Molly was sealed to us in the Jordan River Temple. Words can't describe how wonderful it was to be in the temple as a family. We are so grateful for the sealing power so that we can be a forever family.

We are excited to add an additional adoption resource to our arsenal. We have set up a profile with parentprofile.com, a website where birthparents can search a collection of profiles to help them find the right family to place their baby with. They are promoted by a collection of the most popular adoption websites and we feel it will be another great way to help us find our baby. Anyone that knows Meredith knows that she is just great. She is a super good seminary teacher and the students love her. She is a fabulous nanny that takes care of 2 kids and they just love her too. She also is an AMAZING cook. Not just the kind of cook that dabbles here and there, but a true to life, honest to goodness GLUTEN FREE MASTER CHEF. If there was an Iron Chef Gluten Free, she would be it!
